For those who live under a rock, The Weekend is one singer from Canada who is slowly taking over the underground and periodically even gets play on the radio. The style of music is unique, alluring, and whimsical at the same time. Melodic beats over soft vocals is sure to get a party popping for the ladies in good way, but I'm not here to really talk about him, I'm here to talk about the video..
The video was directed by a guy from New Jersey named Nimi Hendrix(@nimihendrix), who I recently met at the Ness Lee video shoot for "I am the South" needless to say he is a busy man, if you are looking for choreographed dance moves , flashy cars, and diamonds, THIS IS NOT THE VIDEO FOR YOU. What you are going to find to not be to much of a spoiler is a well thought out video and one that is shot with precision. The story of the video is excellent and makes me anxious to see what Nimi Hendrix has coming up
